Please I need help.I applied for a study permit to Canada this June 5th 2017 and on tracking my application on the 22nd of this month it was showing that my processed passport has been dispatched from Canada visa office Dakar to application center.so following this discussion forum I decided to link my paper application to online.Only to see that:we regret to inform you that you did not meet eligibility requirements but have not gone to collect my passport yet.so I don't know what this really mean

There is a high possibility that your application is rejected. What's your profile?

No. I already have class 2 medical. I have to take class 1 aviation medical of canada. You have to convert dgca license. I am holding Southafrican license

Applied offline on June 5th Bangalore VFS. Updated application via IRCC last week due to a problem in my application. No UCI nothing no update as on now.

It is Unique Client Identification number, provided within 2-3 days of application. Online you can see it at the top right hand corner of the status table. May be not for paper based, not sure.

I applied on 9th June, linked my application online on 12th June, when I linked I got my application number and UCI number there in account.

I did paper application and got no UCI number. Also, I updated my application on IRCC web form without UCI number just used my email id, name and DOB. I really have no idea how will my application get updated then

IDK about. But since I already updated IRCC I can't do it again(It's clearly written there) also, without UCI, and just my email id, dob and name will they be able to see my new application?

I have applied on 14 June 2017, online. upfront Medical. I feel my application is being processed in Canada.
