I'm confused though, wala man lang nakaattached n medical form. I checked my spam baka naliligaw but wala talaga. Do you guys have the same situation as mine?

Just want to ask po to those sinlge moms if the father is willing to sign the papers for letting the child to come here so no problem with that but for those father who is not willing to sign that's the time that we need to file for custody or ask for a lawyer am I right po ba hope you can help me,,thanks and Merrry Christmas in Advance

Hi! Yes you are right. You won't have problems at all if he is willing to sign the IMM5604. Otherwise, you have to file for a court order regarding custody. There is a big probability too that the immigration officer will confirm that via phone call with your ex wether he is aware of his children leaving the country and be separated with him permanently. Thanks for the reply actually we are not married the birth certificate of son doesn't have any fathers name but were friends with the father is that a problem I didn't let my son use the last name of my ex and I didn't include the name of the father too like he is illegitimate would that be a problem if the immigration will ask how they will know that he is the father if he is not in the birth certificate hope you can answer me thanks

My dependants was done their medical last Sept. & we're done with all the application kit & docs at that same month. No update yet! The last time that I try to call Cic for the update, the agent told me that I need to wait from dec. till feb. Next year for the update from their office. Hoping that it will be an email for my dependants original pasport submission & a letter for interview for Decision made for PR. Best luck to all of us. More prayers and patient.
Update. Got my OWP today.

Oh btw guys, wanna ask anybody about something on my OWP, the expiration of it is til 2018, but there is condition that i must leave by 2015/10/08, i am guessing it is bec my passport will expire 10,2015, so in dont know what should i do or does it suppose to mean, would it be once i renew my passport then i dont need to worry about the condition(must leave canada) Or maybe inform the immigration once i renew my passport
