my friend is confused what form she needs to fill up.. is it the Imm 5710?..

I am new here. I sent my PR/OWP application in the beginning of September. CIC received it 12 September.
AOR - 1 October.
Today I got my OWP ( dated 18 November).
Hope to get any news about PR application soon!
I called them last week. And the agent told me, that I am not going to hear from them for a few more months.

I am with dependants.

May2014 - applied for PR
Aug2014- AIP
Oct 11, 2014 - got married in PH
Oct 17, 2014 - interview date but was not able to attend
Nov 4, 2014 - Interview date (new) - ammended my Status from Single to Married.

hi! my wife applied for OPW/PR oct 0f 2013, got her OWP last week of november. She came home for a vacation march 2 2014, wedding was in the 25th of march 2014 and went back to Canada by the april 1... Her PR was ready and about to be interviewed but then it was cancelled by the immigration due to the change on her status(single to married).

April 24th she recieved an email from CIC requesting for the following documents:


A new Generic Application Form for Canada (IMM 0008),
(If applicable) A new Schedule A - Background/Declaration Form (IMM 5669),
(If applicable) A new Additional Dependants/Declaration Form (IMM 0008DEP),

and

The add-on request including:
your client ID number/UCI,
a detailed letter of explanation,
a copy of the birth certificate, marriage certificate or proof of common-law relationship, and
the proof of payment.

OWP received : November 27, 2014 (date issued Nov. 17)

Hi Dreamaway.. Thank you so much for your reply. I already submitted those documents you mentioned last Nov15,2014. The CIC emailed it to me as soon as I called them up. After the submission of those requirements, did they required you additional requirements? Did they asked you any NBI Clearance?
I saw your timeline and the processing time was really fast. Did the immigration just emailed you the request letter for medical? Or is it via snail mail? Thanks again in advance.
