Thats right for permanent residency fee, you can pay for after your receive an email from CIC saying your application is completed and before your final interview u need yo pay for that.

Sent PR and Open work permit on May 10 2014. Received email on June 21 that they received application on May 15, 2014

Single applicant, option 2 (3900 hours). In Ontario. Hoping for OWP soon!

Received Approved in Principle letter on July 28th...any idea how quickly the open work permit comes after this (applied at the same time as PR)
