My question is do I need to send by Fax that I am attending for that date for the interview. How I understand the letter is I don't need to do anything unless I am not unable to attend that schedule. Please advise Thanks.......
The one who will be affected by the enhanced program, when it comes to requirements, are those whose LMIA is approved after November 30, 2014. ;D That means we are not affected by it..02020202 said:Hi guys.
I have a question. Do applicants who apply for PR after November 30 need to meet new requirements? Anyone know about it?
Thank you.
Thank you for your reply. I already applied for PR, but i was wondering about it.cuchipot said:The one who will be affected by the enhanced program, when it comes to requirements, are those whose LMIA is approved after November 30, 2014. ;D That means we are not affected by it..
But for LIVE-OUT issues, after November 30, caregivers who are already here in Canada have the options to live-in or live-out, which is a good thing.
If the letter refers as "Landing Interview", then I don't think you need to confirm your attendance. By default, the local CIC assumes that you will show up to your scheduled interview. Not unless if you can't make it, then that's the only time you have to inform them. Good luck in your interview and congratulations!
