lets share timelines 2014 live in caregiver PR/OWP Applications

hi, i'm just new here..i really need your help.i'm from phil. my mother applied for LCP in canada..she's a caregiver there. me, my father, 2 sisters and my brother stays here in the phil. before receiving our application kit. my mom and dad had separated for less than a year..
Feb. 28, 2013- we(here in phil received the application kit)
-we still attached some legal papers that would prove that he's not joining us.
April 05, 2013- the kit was sent at makati.
-we also requested to remove my father in the application.he leaved us and had a other woman.
Sept. 09, 2013- a email was received confirming that they have received the application kit.
Sept. 2013- a divorce certificate was submitted at the immigration. coz they asked us to do so.
March 01, 2013 - we received a medical exam instruction.
March 07, 2013 - we had our medicals without our father.
then lately my mom received a mail.my mom told me to ask him to have his medicals done.and to send her our NSO birth certificate, NBI clearance, Cenomar(for 18y/o above)..
at if he failed in the medicals?.are we affected? why does he still belong to our application?is our request for removal denied?how could it be denied?. please help me..i'm the eldest in the family i assume many roles..please tell me the right thing to do..please

heello there as far as what i understood even if u request to remove your father in PR application because he will not accompany with you guys he is still need to undergo medicals since she is a family member of ur mother as a previous spouse even if they are divorced now ... and if he failed his medicals all of u will be affected and most like will not granted PR because for the lc1 to get PR the dependnts should pass the medical and background check too.
