hi, my mom was once a caregiver until she received her work permit. me and my sister are in the Philippines while my mom is in Ontario. i am now 18 years old and my sister is 19 years old. the application was received last December 2012 and it started processing on March 2013. We had the initial medical last January 8, 2015 and now we received a request for a medical reassessment last January 23, 2016. How long do you think would the medical be received.

Hi Everybody, I got a email yesterday about DM. Who can tell me what next step is about process.
Thanks

hi baby gurl,
any updates on your application?

Hello there,

I don't know where to post this question.

Is there an age limit on applying for the new Live in caregiver program? My mom is 67 years old and still working as a Nurse Manager. Can she still apply?

Thank you.

hi, i almost have the same case as baby girl. My mom was also a caregiver until she received her work permit. me and my sister and my dad are in the Philippines while my mom is in Ontario. The application was processed on july 2013 and we had three medicals done all in all in the past 4 years. My question is, when do you think will we receive permanent residency because it says in the processing times that the processing times is 50 months. It's been four years. Do anyone have the same case as we? Thank you
