Did you try sending your queries to CIC's email add? Below is the sample format from BOYBLUE. But you can change the content of your inquiry... instead of about RPRF , PPR etc then should be about your son's Medical form .

here under is the sample format for anyone's perusal:

Hi. I sent the email and all I got was an automated response): .

UN MESSAGE EN FRANÇAIS SUIVRA.

Thank you for contacting us.

Congratulations to all caregivers who have got their scheduled interview.

I have got an email stating that the processing of my PR application has been completed and I have paid my RPRF. Now I am waiting for the letter for the interview from CIC Vancouver since I live in BC. I have two copies of RPRF receipt. My question is do I need to send one receipt to CIC? If I do need to send one, which CIC office should I send it to, Vancouver or Vegreville?

Thank you for any response to my questions.

Hi, in the automated confirmation email they tell you to wait for 30 business days for the reply for case specific inquiries, i also sent an email last aug.3 and received a reply yesterday just a week, so maybe next week you'll get a reply from them. :)

Hi Littledipper,
Thanks for your reply. I hope they do reply. Next month will make the 90 day limit i was given in my AIP to get my family's medicals done and returned. I'm hoping this will not affect the processing of my application.
Was yours a similar case that prompted you to write them?
Thanks again for your help.

Thanks again

Hi anie

I was given the address to contact the office in my home country. The problem is that the home office doesn't let you speak to representatives like is the case when you call CIC here in Toronto. All i get is an automated prompt asking you to send an email or fax, both of which only result in further automated messages that tell you that the office is unable to respond to messages but will process your request within the normal processing time which is on the website. On checking the processing time, it is same as the 36months displayed on the CIC.gc.ca website.
It is rather confusing and frustrating, since my AIP clearly states that i have 90 days to submit all documents else my application for permanent residence will be refused. I'm just frustrated! I have read on some posts that some LICs had their medical forms emailed to them.

As for the refusal of your daughter's visa, i'm not sure that it should affect your application in anyway. What was the reason for the refusal?

No problem, let's just keep possitive and hope for the better.
