I think CIC is already processing the PR application of 2013 married individuals. We already have a confirmation from a Feb applicant and I know of two people who got their approval (one is a relative), they are both January 2013 married applicants. FYI. Hoping many others would soon follow until we all reach our turn. God bless.

Just wanna ask if they also said that they already received the 3in1 kit? just wondering bec some of the post here said that they didn't receive an aip but they had the 3in1 kit? thanks!

yes, one of them got the 3-in-1 kit first week of may - married with 3 kids. the other don't have the letter yet cause she just got wind of the news thru the ecas just this week.

Got my AIP today!!!! ;D I am feb 25, 2013 applicant.

I am married, husband non accompanying, divorce proceeding is on process. They just require me to submit a statutory declaration of marriage breakdown which much be notarized for my husband to be not included on my application.

you will go through spousal sponsorship route. the processing times depends on where your husband is. c",)

Natsy: my lawyer forwarded it to me today,she said she received it by email today too. I dont have kids just a husband which is non-accompanying. I am from Saskatchewan. You will receive yours soon!!!

Thank you for keeping my hopes high...this waiting period is just so stressful...good for you that you have a lawyer who is representing you...thank you again for your update...this gives us idea on where we are now at processing...i really hope and pray i will get mine, too, soon...c",)

Natsy: actually i only hired a lawyer because of my divorce proceeding. If not for my divorce i wont be hiring someone to represent me. I am sure you will get an update soon, maybe your AIP OR 3in 1 kit is on its way already.
