Hi I just read on the Live-in Caregiver Facebook page comment that there was a married applicant who received the AIP yesterday but they passed their application december 21, 2012..So i guess it's a bit slower than the single applicants but atleast they're still working on it... I just hope when they're done with the single applicants(i think they're now on sept 2013 for the singles), they'd concentrate on the married applicants next... Let's continue praying...

this is hood news. and yes, let's keep on praying...c",)

@intrach, so I guess it's 15 months processing of AIPs for married applicants and earlier for single..

Yeah, but i hope that will change soon when they're finished with the single applicants, i hope it gets faster for the married ones...if they're already at september 2013 on single applicants so maybe by the end of the month they'll be finished with the 2013 singles...and hopefully they can turn their attention to the married applicants. What else are they gonna do when they're done with the singles, right?

I hope they start the processing of married applicants at this very moment.. What I am worrying about is, they would try to process the single applicants as fast as they can, just so they can claim that they have significantly lessened processing times.. It's like getting a 99% average on 4 subjects and 75% to the other 4 so you can yield an 87% average, as opposed to getting 85% on the first 4 and 80% on the second half, only to get an 82.5% average on the end.. I hope they try to work hard on all aspects, so everybody can be happy..

So included in the AIP are LC2 kit & NBI & other Police Clearances Request. No more LC2 kit waiting time in this case. This is good news.

no i think that is still not the LC2 kit...i heard the LC2 kit now is 3 in 1, (LC2 kit, medical request, and right for permanent residency)...so no, i don't think that is the LC2 kit, that's probably for the background check cause i heard that before you receive the LC2 kit package, background check comes first...

So what consist of the LC2 Kit? i thought it's the forms to be filled out in behalf of our dependents.

I'm not sure what she means by " forms n need ng dependants q s pinas", it could be the lc2 kit, or not...hopefully it is...

Yes from what i understand the LC2 kits are forms to be filled up by the principal applicant in behalf of the dependents, i don't think nbi, police clearance etc, is part of the lc2 kit(i'm not sure of this), but it is to be used for the background check..but i'm not sure about that, that's just my 2 cents...but atleast they're sending the lc2 kits as a package now, before it was:

wait for lc2 kit, pass lc2 kit..
wait for medical request, pass medical request..
wait for pr residency fee, pass pr residency fee...
understandably it takes very long since there's a lot of waiting time...

but now they send all 3 at once so there's a significant amount of time that will be saved...not to mention money, since we'll be sending it all in one go...
