that would be your t4 slips...also, you should call cra to request a t1 slip 2weeks maybe 1 month ahead of your submission date

sorry, option c printout is what i meant rather t1...i submitted my t4 by generating a copy from my cic log-in...

if checklist says "a copy of" then photocopy is good. c",)

is ur passport being asked? my husband's passport is being requested by cic-manila and they have instructions on how to send ur passport. either theough VAC or direct courier(lbc, dhl, air21, etc) of your choice...c",)
