178 days still no reply !!
applied on 3rd october!!

Pretty much on same boat..applied on October 20th online no reply. I contacted them on Thursday and they said the system had an issue in october and to wait for two more weeks (they are sending an email to the officer). If no response is received they told to call again. Did you try calling them?

i talked to them atleast 6-7 times in last two months same response WAIT FOR 2WEEKS
they are not connecting the calls to agents anymore!!
tried more than 20 times today only!!!

Wow thats messed up. I guess the only thing left is to contact an MP

I tried many times but after putting my application number and year of birth, no option for speaking with the agent...

just call the 1800 number then once options came just go 2-1-1-0

Hi, I am applying to extend my spouse's open work permit based on my PGWP. In the application to change conditions, extend my stay or remain in Canada as a worker what do you select for question 3 ? She already has a work permit (PGWP) and working for an employer but it is not tied to that employer. Should we select "an initial work permit or work permit with new employer" ? Please clarify. I greatly appreciate your time.

Approval notification (online): today.
