Without solving 1000 OID applicants they take 500 more OID applications. What a scenario.

Totally agreed. Looks like they made a joke with Sept OID applicants. They preferred Nov & Dec EE applicants. Sept OID are still waiting.
I can bet when they update their processing time for last quarter of 2015, OID waiting time will increase from 7.2 months to above 10 months

Sometimes this is depend on 1) NOC 2) Appropriate Documents during submit application. etc. but sometimes the answer of your question will not be significant, y they are doing this or what rule they follows. god knows.

I'm in 24th applicant. Status changed from application received to In process last Dec 18, 2015... I sent an email last week stating what is the status of my application and this is what I got from them " This application is currently in process and no further documentation has been requested at this time."

Hoping for a nomination this week guys.... in God's time
