I have applied on 30/07/13 at VFS New Delhi under university category and received my passport on 06/08/13 with visa.

I know but i blindly trusted my consultants......all r getting visa on time ....here 22 days are passed out still no reply

I have shown my form 16 my dads form 16 etc...yaar now the point is when will i get ans???

What I meant is.

There is a lot more documentation involved if it is not SPP.
thats why I asked.
