Hey, I have also applied to Western University for MSc in CS in Nov 2020 for Fall 2021. I too haven't received any decision yet. I mailed the CS department a few days ago and they mailed back saying they'll hopefully have the decisions by the End of March. Fingers crossed and Waiting. Best of luck to you too.

Offers for graduate programs in Canada are going out now for some universities or will be in April. All depends when graduate department advisory committees meet. Good luck.
