Hi! I will submit my owp and PR application soon. But I want to clarify about LMO and LMIA.
I'm currently on an old pathway of LIC and but I'm just waiting for my work permit extension with same employer.
Do my employer needs to get me an LMIA? or the LMO is ok? Coz I saw at the checklist that there is no LMO written, its only LMIA.
Please I need help about this matter.

You do NOT need a new LMIA if you extend your work permit with the same employer. And, LMO=LMIA, when you apply your PR/OWP package.

Im also starting to fill up the background declaration.

I had a vacation last year in Phil. But Philippines is half day advance than here.

Should I write like this?
Oct 12-Nov 1 2015 philippines vacation
Nov 1 2015 - present date canada

coz my departure in Phil is Nov1 and I arrived here Nov 1 too. Do you think the immigration officer will think its a mistake in the date? Coz it says in the guide that this part in the background declaration is very important if i fail to answer it right, they can return or refuse my application

That is correct. They wont think that way because you are going to submit a copy of all the pages of your passport and they can verify it there that you indeed arivved in Canada on Nov. 1. You dont have to explain everything to them. Whatever is in your passport, thats the one you will write in the Form..

OWP May 11 and now my confirmation letter for permanent residency June 1. I'm a single applicant through the old pathway 3,900 hours.

Thank you very much. Have you tried checking your spam mail? Or your ECAS? You just need your UCI no. it starts with number 9 for caregivers. My friend had a hard time looking up her spam mail so I helped her check her ECAS online and then there it was they said they received the application on the date they received it and when they started processing it. I hope you can check it and see your progress.
