hello , I have completed my 3900 hours pero sadly my employer hired another nanny nung umalis ako kasi family emergency yun lang paguwi ko sabi nya hindi daw na ako makakapgwork s kanila.. then I looked at may pay slip and my t4s I computed my hours then its more than 3900 hours.. pano yun april 2016 ang expiration ng work permit ko sa kanila ..

pano po gagawin ko apply ba ako ulet ng panibagong work permit with other employer para ma maintain ko status ko a ot derecho na ako sa open permit application

pwede kaya pagsabayin para po sure ako na legal pa rin ako makakapgwork sa cnada..

hello , I have completed my 3900 hours with an employer but I had an emergency back home so I needed to go back to my family when I came back here I found out that they have already hired a new one. and now I left hanging.. cani still apply for an open work permit?

if I am eligble to apply for open and permant residency

just to sure for I am worried that my staus will expire next year april

I would want to stay here can I seek another regular wrok permit aside from open work permit application?

hi maria pauline, you must have 3900 authorized full-time employment. including 390 overtime. they only count 390 OT + 3510 full time work = 3900. you can get it all in 22 monts full work. now if you didnt complete it. you can apply to any employer who are willing to get an LMIA. if you can talk to your employer now. convince them to still keep you until you can find a new employer with + LMIA. i cant convince my employer to keep me they said there is no opportunity to work with them anymore and i met an employer whomis willing to support me if in case i need another work permit .

can i still pursue my owp application.

even my employer told me i cant work woth them anymore?

hello! I just wanted to know if anyone here who applied this year has already been approved for PR? Are you single or married? how long did it take before CIC contacted you and told you that you got approved for PR. thanks for anyone who would reply. I'm am still torn between applying for the old processing and the new pathways. it is way too costly to apply for the new pathway since you have to take IELTS, have your credentials check and do upfront medical before submitting your application. but I've heard that it only took 1 month and they got their permanent residency. so I am gauging if the old ways are reasonably fast or slow in processing papers. Happy New Year!

Happy new year whyv15. Almost we are in three kings. We have the same timeline. I also submitted my application last nov 10. Until now no reply. They will inform us thru email.

So, along with the email from cic that they received my papers las Nov. 2, they said that:

How do I check the status of my application?
You may use either the Unique Client Identifier (UCI) or Application Number above to check the status of your application on the CIC website. Please visit www.cic.gc.ca/english and in the “I Need To ...” section on the right-hand side of the page, select “Check application status.”

I tried to check mine, it says they are processing the PR application.

Based on what posted from others. since im always reading from 2014 timelines i found that 70% within 12 mos after OWP they received MR for dependents then 6 months again for the PR. Let us pray all. God bless.
