Trust God, it'll come in no time. We got our AOR faster than those to those who had to wait 2 months. I'm taking it as a sign that ours are being processed fast. I believe both our open permits are on it's way and we'll have it in a month. Think positive!lela said:

when you apply paper you need to wait without knowing anything till it comes or you know approximately from the processing time table . Hi everyone. I'm going to end my 2yrs this Nov and starting to prepare needed documents for PR/OWP. but my visa will expire this september. do i need to renew my visa eventhough i don't have plans to go out of canada yet? Do we also need to apply for extension of our work permit a month before it expires? or just the OWP/PR application will do? I'm just confused..pls help. thank you po.. 8)
No. When I applied for my extension, all I did was pray . Just check the processing times on the website, they update it every 2 wks (note though that whatever date they put there isn't exactly right. i've observed that when I applied for a new permit and extension that they purposely put the dates 3 weeks behind). i got mine 3 months after I submitted through paper application.whyv15 said:Hi do you have any idea if how can we check online if CIC receive the extension papers? did you check it before? or just wait?

Timeline: march 20-june20
If you have no plans of going outside Canada, don't renew your visa, it's a waste of money since you wont be needing it anytime soon. For the extension, it is up to your discretion and situation. Some people do apply for an extension to be on the safe side, some simply wait for the OP. In my case, I had to apply for an extension 3 mos before my actual permit expires because I'm taking care of an elderly with a critical condition, I had to make sure I'd be able to stay in Canada in case something happens to him.megs08 said:

I must submit my IMM5669 Schedule A background? Declaration. so remind lng po, for those who submit their papers, we must review and check 10x incomplete form will result in a delay processing of our application.. Haisst at lease na review na din ng CIC papers ko, kahit incomplete.. tomorrow I'll gonna mail it again..
