Hi Shelly_ksa
Express entry profiles are valid for 12months, that is why they requested you to create a new one. But that is not a major problem, it means that they are almost done processing your application and they need a fresh express entry profile to give you the 600 points.
Processing time is 4-5 months for SWO-EE. However, if you are under a Strategic Recruitment Strategy (I guess this is your case), processing time is around 2 months.
I'm under Strategic Recruitment Strategy and received my nomination after 50 days of submission date.
Among other new requirements in federal stage are, Upfront Medical exams with an approved physician, see
http://www.cic.gc.ca/pp-md/pp-list.aspx. You will also need a police certificate, see here the details according to your country.
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/medical-police/police-certificates/how.html. Proof of funds is also higher in Express Entry

Once you receive your nomination, check you EE because you will have to clic "Accept" your nomination, so that the 600 points be added to your score, and then wait for the next EE Round of invitations. There is one every 15 days on average, last one was on November, 28. I'm waiting to receive the ITA in the next Round of invitation, december, 13 perhaps.
