Hello everyone! I can't find a topic about Less Complex Cases for 2021. If there are any here, please share your timeline. Thank you.

It is obvious. People in 2019-2020 shared their timelines, but now I don't see it. I am in this boat and would like to hear news from the same guys. it is calming.

In asylum cases you can’t really compare your case to others since there is a huge variability in timelines. In general complex cases are processed faster than other asylum cases and usually under a year but some initial hearings have been extremely delayed.

Every case is unique and every case has its own merit. so you cant compare your situation with others.

i was on less complex.applied Feb 2020, after 5 month i was put on ICAC pilot.
then to less complex and had hearing at last week.
Got Table decision.
total 17 month to get a positive decision.

I applied through epost August 8th 2020
Medical was November 2020
My eligibility interview was in March 2021
In April less than 30 days from my interview I got a call for hearing, they didn’t send me anything in the mail, they called me, and said they can schedule my hearing in May I told them I don’t have council right now, so can I call back.
Then according to my lawyers availability my hearing was August 12th 2021

what is your nationality? did they said selected for less complex or something or short hearing etc? or ask you to submit documents?

When did you receive a letter regarding Less Complex Case?
I just need to know time line between less complex letter and hearing
