I submitted my refugee application August 2020. Received the less complex case review letter late March 2022.

Many still need a hearing but often a shorter hearing. It is dependent on the application.

Too many variables to determine an approximate time. Could be a few weeks could be over a year. Timelines have gotten longer since the borders were reopened in November and will likely keep on getting longer as the number of applications waiting for processing.

>July 4 2019 I received latter from the court that my case is less complex & to submit documents for evidence
>within couple days met with my lawyer submitted the documents to the court
> October 9 2019 I received a mail transferring my case to Quebec because of the high numbers of cases in ontario
> December 30 2019 I got my decision

so it was about 5 month after the latter
