My husband was already issued a visa for PR but we have not landed yet . Tonight we are going to Toronto on the bus to see my sister who is in hospital. Will there be any problem at the border when he shows his passport with Visa stamp in it. Can we Visit without landing ???

If he has a PR visa in his passport and enters Canada, he will land. You can not visit without landing if you have a PR visa already.

IF the husband is a visa exempt citizen, he doesn't have to use his COPR and "land". Lots of prospective emigrants visit Canada, before using their visa.
