Hello,
We applied under the Family Sponsorship and i was approved. Then in August my husband submitted his medical report. They asked for more details on his history and this was provided. They also asked for his police check and was submitted to them in September. Nothing was been up dated since. I have followed up with them and received responses saying they are working on it and please keep the communication to a minimum. My husband is in the Dominican Republic so the application is with the Mexico office. Is anyone else experiencing delays like this? I am trying to be patient but it's hard.
Thanks

I’m not sure when you applied, but you can expect the process to take about 12 months.

Mexico is a very slow visa office. Even if your case doesn't need an interview, it is likely to take about 12 months.

We applied in June 2016 and by end of July the Mexico visa office had asked for the medical reports. It was moving fast then slowed down and nothing since September. I was starting to get worried.
