Hi Experienced Members,
If a FSWP PR gets a Job in Quebec before his first landing . Can he do his first landing in Quebec and work there?
If not then
Can he land anywhere else and then may be after a week he moves to Quebec? Is this workable legally as per FSWP PR obligations?

Kindly Let us know
regards

Bad idea to land in Quebec. If the immigration officer thinks you're planning on settling in Quebec immediately, then your landing could be refused. Keep in mind that your PR card must be sent to a non-Quebec address as well.

Once you are a PR, you can technically move wherever you want to. So far no one has been penalized for doing this. However you need to be careful when landing.
