saw that in the checklist for spousal sponsorship the main applicant need to provide a birth certificate. I was wondering if this document (together with Police Clearance Certificate) needs to be legalized in my home country before being translated. Specifically i need to request birth certificate from Italy, and Police Clearance Certificate from Italy and France (which is not my home country nor i have any ties, i just lived there in 2015 for 10 months so unfortunately i have to provide the PCC). Does anyone has any experience with legalization/ had to legalize these document before mailing them with the application? Thanks in advance
