Hi,

I came into Canada with a PR travel document. However, I lost my PR status while in Canada (did not appeal). How long can I legally stay in Canada? Thanks

Once you loose you PR status, you are no longer legally in Canada and must leave. Im assuming they gave you a 60 day appeal notice? You should leave soon after the 60 days.

I was out of the country when the appeal notice was sent. It's already been 60 days, so I lost my chance to appeal. But I got into Canada with a PR travel document. I'm just trying to find out the exact length of legal stay. I know I have to leave soon, but it's impractical for me get on a plane the next day and leave.

I think IRCC understands that it's impractical for people to book a flight at 00:01 on the 61 day. I'm sure they have reasonable expectations (I'm guessing 29 days and the the departure order becomes an deportation order).
