Legal re-entry date for Student Visa/permit expiring on September 30th

Hello everyone,
Could anyone help me with the latest date on which we can Re-enter Canada with a student visa/permit expiring on September 30th, 2015.

You shold re-enter atleast 3 months ( my advice ) before date of expiry so that you can give proper time for study permit extension . CIC can question you at the port of entry if you came at last dates about how you gonna apply when there is no time left .

Thanks for the reply. I'm completing my course in August first week. Do I have to apply for my PGWP before leaving the country or can I come back before my visa expires and then do it?
