My name in my birth certificate was XYZ. This was changed when I was in middle school by publishing in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette. So all my educational certificates, passport, and every other identity-related document have my new name - ABC.
Except for my birth certificate. I have mentioned this in my Express Entry Application (Post ITA), so what would be my legal name change document (which I have to submit for proof) - a new affidavit or is the copy of gazette sufficient?
