Hello, I am canadian citizen and in processing of changing my legal name in Canada. I recently got married and want to apply spouse sponsorship application for my husband who is in pakistan. Legal name change in canada takes 3 to 4 months. What you suggest should I wait until name change documents arrive or I can start application mean while?
