left master degree did not inform cic immigration

Hello I did not inform visa officers, immigration authority after leaving Canada, I was in Canada on valid 27 month stamped multi-entry visa, passed 1 semester, left next semester inbetween, lived in canada just for 11 months inbetween 4 months sem break.. did not inform university and visa officer at CIC at Internatinal airport while leaving canada. Now I am interested to apply manitoba canada pnp here from India. My question is

1. do I need letter of authorization to reenter canada ? someone told me that i might have been issued deportation orders after my visa expiry or university might have told informed immigration authorties that this student did not complete masters degree and not withdrrwan from university.

2. i read some where that if we do not inform immigration authorties while permanetly leaving canada, a deporttation order is isuued.

I dont think you had a deportation order, you left voluntarily and before your status expired so dont worry about that.
Probably CIC would like to know why you interrupted your studies, so whenever you apply just let them know what happened.

As you are applying for a PNP: I really dont think this will have any impact on that application

neither i broken any law, i applied for withdrwal from university at the end, it does not mean that cic could issue me any order departure or deportation. departure oder is generaly issued who caught by police working illegally, or did any criminal activity, then departure order issued, and if failed to inform cic at airprt it is converted to deportation order. what ever they call. i think it is diificult to get again study visa (neither i am interetsed now) i think leaving masters inbetween or quit in between not informing immigration authorties does not mean that a departure or deportation order issued. next time when i will apply any immigration federal or provinical mpnp immigration i will submit all details, including my stamped date canada leaving day date on passport, and airline ticket.
