Left Job.....will that effect my case.....no AEO????

hi all,

I left my job a couple of months ago , i used to work electronic technician in an oil and gas company in abu dhabi, i applied under 7242,industrial technician, in my application i sent job reference letter mentioning my job title and date of joining the company, the HR refused to give me a full details of my job description as its only for internal use only,after some push and pull with them they only gave me a text copy of my job duties,with no letter head or any stamp or signature on it......to add salt to injury ,i used to do electrician job as well as electronics but they also refused to mention that in my job reference.........the bottom line is my direct supervisor is willing to issue a reference letter with his signature stating i did electrician works.....now i am afraid that LVO might contact .....the HR for job verification and not my supervisor......as all contacts shows on the letter is of the company...........what to do guys......shall i send my direct supervisor`s refrence or the official letter from the HR without mentioning my work in electricial..................i am afraid that LVO might reject my case becuz of my JD not matching 7242......please advise

1) Does your job contract with them say anything about your duties?
2) Do they have some standard organizational documents about the job description of their employees?
3) Were you getting any payslips?

1) imonly saw the job contract at time of joining the company,they gotnthat paper,and it only specifies my job title,dont remeber details.
2)yes they have a standard job duties for each title,they only gave me a copy for electronic technician,not even true copy,besides in this standarised copy the duties only mentions electronic job details nothing electrical,like motors,generators.......but in practical my job inculde working on that as well........they have another standar job duties for electriciian, i can take a copy of that as well from my a college but the main point is that the job refernce should state ur title according to thatnu can attach the standarised job duties document......in my job reference it only mentions electronic technician......but as i said my direct supervsor can give me a document thst i perform woprk of an electrician as well, the thing is i didnt include thst in my first application and if i did i am afriad that lvo might find it contradiction .....

3)I sent all the payslips.....to cio at time of application ,the original ones.

send in everything u can...send the simple text letter ..try getting it signed a stamped by your supervisor.. attach his busines card as well. explain the scnerio to VO in a cover letter...verification is expected in this case.
