I am leaving a country for good to my home country. Got all my money in this Bank in the foreign country. Since I plan to submit Proof of funds, how do I go about it? Print the proof of funds and then withdraw all my money into a bank in my home country? What if CIC does an investigation? They won't find a dime in that account.

i dont think they will investigate banks, most banks do not disclose customer information. show the funds you have now in the current bank account and in the future if they ask for ADR proof of funds show them the new account with the transaction showing the transfer from the old account.
