Leaving Canada while PR application is in process

Hi everyone,
Currently, I am working in Canada and my work permit is valid until oct 2022. I already have the points to apply for express entry and will be submitting my application by march 2020. But i wanted to leave the country for few months after applying. Can anyone tell me if that will cause an issue to my PR application?

Can i ask a question regarding this. I applied to CEC program into express entry and I am the primary applicant and my husband is dependent.
My husband travelled out of country for few months. Will he be considered outland applicant when i get the IRCC email? or can i declare him as inland applicant?
Also, i saw your message about valid visa. Is this TRV that you are referring to? Because once he has his PR, the work permit will be cancelled right? so will he be able to travel back from whichever aiport to Canada?
Or is it possible for me to mail him his PR card, and can he come back with it?
