Leaving Canada in Mid of EE application Process ?

Hi All,

I am currently in WP( Closed) and my Express Entry application( EE +(PNP) OINP) is in-progress for last 7 Months and there is no much progress except Medical & eligibility passed and Criminality In-progress .

Just wanted to know if i leave Canada for 6 months whether my application will be rejected and i need to apply from the beginning ???
