Leaving Canada after filling out Express Entry profile.

Hi all,
I have Express Entry profile in pool with 473 points. Recently I quit my job and I want to go back home for couple of months. My open work permit expires in June 2017.
Does this affect my express entry profile? Could I become inadmissible?

I am on Post Graduation Open Work permit. Do you guys think I might have problem entering Canada if I am unemployed and my work permit is expiring in 4 months?
