Leaving Canada after CSQ

can I leave Canada after getting csq and while PR is in process . And can I comeback when the PR is approved .
Or do I have to be in Canada after csq and till I get my pr ?

yes
even you could do your medical exams where you want.
PR process does not give any status and restriction, you have to have a legal status as, visitor, student or worker to be inside Canada.

I am still in Canada and not leaving soon. My application is in initial stage .
