I am CEC applicant with PR application submitted. I got AOR on 9th jan and no updated since den. Due to some reason I want to leave Canada and wants to go back to my home country until I get PR or PPR ? Is it okay to do so ?

I also have BOWP application pending which is currently on hold. If I leave the country what will happen to BOWP application ?

How and when should I notify IRCC about the change in address ?

No problem. You are free to go wherever you want and you dont have to be physically present in Canada for that. The only thing that can be an issue id validity of PCC when moving countries but you will be fine after AOR.

IF I leave the country I don't have any visa or status to come back. So I will be provide my home country address as primary address

In that case when and if my BOWP gets approved or I get PPR request that should come to my new address right ??

Usually for inland when BOWP gets approved they send permit via mail and ask for passport to be sent for visa stamp.

for People outside canada they send passport via local office and upon landing gets the WP.

what will happen in my case as I have applied as Inland but now I am moving out

There is no requirement to remain in Canada while a PR application is processing.

However, it IS a requirement for the BOWP that you reside in Canada. I would recommend staying in Canada until you get a response on your BOWP application.

But that's requirements to apply for BOWP as it also says must have valid WP.

I already applied so do I have to remain until it gets approved?

If you had valid WP at the moment when applying for BOWP (after your AOR), you are now in implied status (until decision on your BOWP is made). That means, that you can continue working under same conditions of your old WP (even if that one would expire in the meantime).
In other words, unless you are unemployed and want to save Money to leave or if you have some urgent matter to leave for a long term, you can stay and work in Canada.

I applied for BOWP on Jan 17th, my WP was valid till Feb 28th. I am on implied status currently working.

However due to medical emergency I am travelling back to my home country on March 14th. Now I am fine with not able to return back to Canada until I get BOWP, only thing is I am not sure where and how I will get BOWP.

Will CIC send WP to my address in Canada ?? or they will hold the WP and give me at airport when I return and provide approval letter ?

Also to get visa stamp on my passport, is it fine for me to submit the passport at Canadian visa office in my country along with BOWP approval letter ?

Hello,

I may travel to my home country after I submit EE, get AOR and apply for BOWP. Did you have any issue with that? How did you receive your PR? Can I give my friend's address for mailing? she can post PR to my home country.

Thank you for your response,
