Leave guidance regarding govt employee for Super visa

I got PR recently n in I
wish to apply supervisa for my govt. employee parents.They already have visitor visa n visited canada once. I want to know :

1. Super visa can be applied if they hv only 2 months leave.?
2.Visa officer may refuge as they can reside here in canada on visitor visa for two months.
What should i do, for how many months leave should be applied for supervisa.

Do you have an NOA proving that you earned over LICO. You must have earned above the LICO amount not have a salary that is over the LICO amount so it sounds like you won’t qualify if you only recently started working.

How did you get PR so quickly at your age? I

Thnx for reply. But my question was regarding my parents leave for super visa. Super visa is for long duration stay. I would like to know , Can they take 2 months leave from job for applying Super visa? 2 months stay is not a long leave according to Super visa. Embassy can deny visa under super vida category becaz they can travel under visitor visa for 2 months?? What should i do?? I met LICO very well as i m a skilled computer engineer. Regards

When did you get PR and were you working in Canada before PR? LICO is based on money already earned in Canada not salary so if you only recently got PR you may not have proof (usually NOA) showing you meet LICO. Is there a reason why they want to apply for a supervisa if they have a TRV already? There are people who visit for a short amount of time with a supervisa. Normally they have been denied a TRV. When applying I would specify that they want to visit for over 6 months or else specify why they want to apply for a supervisa but only want to visit for 2 months. Once approved they can visit for whatever length of time they want as long as they have supervisa insurance.
