Leave canada without visa

Hi guys, I applied for study permit extension on November and I don't receive it yet. I also have to apply for visa extension after receiving my study permit.
On the other hand, I bought a ticket to go back to my country (Iran) for visiting my family on March 15th.
But I think I don't have enough time to get my extension visa.

My question is that can I apply from outside Canada for visa extension (Turkey)? Is there any guarantee they approve my visa to come back to Canada? Or is it risky?

you can able to go your back to country without visa stamp but if you need a re-admission you have to wait for confirmation of your extension and then need to apply a visa stamp in your home country (Canada) embassy or visa processing center
