Leave and re-enter Canada while waiting for the PR card

Hello everyone,

So if I re-enter Canada with the CoPR, so they activate it, and then I'm waiting for the PR card.

Considering that my country of citizenship is a visa-exempt country, so I do not require a visa to come to Canada, just my passport, will I be allowed to leave Canada during the time waiting for the PR card, and to re-enter while still waiting?

Thanks nipuns. What do you mean with "travel document"? Is my original passport enough?
