Leave after Applying EE and wait

Hello guys,
I am planning to apply for express entry (CEC) and leave canada ,coz my Workpermit is expiring , and then wait for results in India .
so what is the procedure ,if they approved my file? do I have to send passport from india or they will give me my document when I land in canada?
not considering (BOWP)

You could get an e-mail for an interview to finalise your PR application rather than PPR.
In this case, you should fly back to Canada to have the interview with CIC at the designated site.

For PPR, however, you could send your passport to CIC at the address provided.
No need to worry about the procedures cuz all the instructions will be included in the message/e-mail.

Sorry, but the above information is a little misleading.

If you apply before you return to India, you MUST update IRCC with your change of address when you move. When you do that, you request a file transfer to New Delhi. Your application is still assessed here, but finalized in New Delhi - meaning, you will send your passport there. You will receive travel visa and a Confirmation of Permanent Residence document, which you must bring with you when you come back to Canada to "land" as a permanent resident.

Interview landings are only for residents of Canada, and you will have no status in Canada at the time.

Yes, of course. You can apply here and return to India, or you can return to India and apply from there. No difference, perhaps a bit easier from here.
