Learning difficulty

I am preparing to take IELTS for my express entry PR submission but I know it will not reflect my real language knowledge as I am diagnosed with hyperlexia (language proccessing difficulty). Back in school and university I had extra time allowed for test and usually a language modifier sitting next to me.. does anyone has some experience in this regard? How to pass IELTS and do it well? Thank you
