Leadership Connections serves internationally trained professionals who have leadership/management experience. For the upcoming cohort, we are recruiting clients who have senior/management level experience within the financial services sector. Participants must have a minimum of 2 years work experience in leadership/management related roles in the financial services/banking sector outside of Canada and no relevant Canadian experience, a CLB level 8 and a minimum of a relevant Bachelor degree, MBA preferred.
