imm type: non ede ime no. ( number po ng medical form namin... sa baba po nito nandun po yung barcode )

call the medical clinic first and explain your circumstance, that CPCV emailed your MR but apparently you have not received it, that you received a letter instead saying so and so.

ask them if they can do medicals on you even without the bar code, immigration details etc.

if not, call/email CPCV right away

hello I just received our MR request yesterday and just read it today. I just want to ask if how I can check my application status thru their website. because if I log in and enter my application number it will say invalid. what does it mean? thanks a lot. your answer will mean so much to me.

Congrats j_c, sa email mo ba nareciv ung mr mo? Ung lc2 ko wala pang mr eh july 19 ka ngsubmit ng kit sa cem dba? goodluck sa medical nyo. Baka may mali kang naitype kaya nag iinvalid, check mong mabuti lahat ng details make sure tama try mo ulit.

your immigration application status thru ecas is likely not activated yet which is why it says invalid, wait few days more and it will become active just like mine. sorry for the delayed response, my bad

hello everyone out of curiosity for those who got their medical request from CIC ... i know u guys passed your lc2 kit in CEM then it was transferred to CIC ..after that you guys got the medical request... some with NBI request some with RPRF some are not .. im just thiniking upon receiving medical request and suggesting of paying rprf and getting UCI number of your lc2 does that mean you guys already passed the security/background check for your dependants ? so after medical request next thing will be PPR or landing interview .... pls correct me if im wrong god bless im just curious

my question is regarding sa Imm 0008 form, sa personal details is it my dependants information?, or the principal applicant(me)?, and if kung dependants data ang sa personal details should i leave dependant's page blank(i think it is on page 3 of 5).

any one knows how please share thanks

If I may ask, ano po timeline nyo?

As far as I know yung asawa nyo po ang principal applicant then may separate form for dependents.

wow you're Dec2012 married ang bilis ng sayo...very lucky. Siguro depende din dahil wife mo lang nman kukunin mo. Just put None or Not applicable na lang sa form... 3 in 1 request form na ba yung na received mo?
