hi richmondhill

just want to know what r these emails below. havent you recieved any mail from abu dhabi? coz i recieved from abu dhabi last Nov 11, 2014 requesting for same documents we submitted to Vegreville

CPVC email:Dec.18,2013
CPVC 2nd email:Jan.19,201

Good day to all, I'm confused about our family's papers and someone may shed some light on this.

My mom is the LC1; dad, brother, and I are the LC2's.

March 2013, we received KIT requests from respective visa offices. My dad and brother were KSA residents at that time so it was CPC-Abu Dhabi who processed their KIT. I happen to reside in Manila then, so Canadian Embassy Manila processed mine.

April 2013, my dad and brother decided to stay here in Manila for good. For more than a year since they arrived, we emailed CIC again and again for my dad and brother's change of address and gladly, they did.

March 2014, my mom received a letter from CPC-Vegreville that all papers WILL BE PROCESSED IN VEGREVILLE. They requested for another kit and a medical examination (they emailed me a form but my dad and brother didn't receive their IMM1017, so both of them just had medicals UPFRONT). We made sure we accomplished everything. I was IN-PROCESS last March 2014.

Unfortunately, my dad's ECAS didn't change until Jan 31, 2015! He is now IN-PROCESS and simultaneously, CPC-Abu Dhabi emailed my dad their IMM1017s, asking them for a medical exam. We just sent their 8 mos.-old mesical results, as per the medical panel's instruction.

I'm just confused on which office processes what and how soon is the PASSPORT REQUEST from ECAS' IN-PROCESS? :D Thank you!
