its not for PR application. I need to extend my work permit. its a PGWP i knwo you cant extend that, it expires march 30,2015.
i am currently working as a medical laboratory technican/assistant NOC 3212
i started the job june 30 2014. i still need more time to get the required hours for CEC. thats why i need an extensuon. but all this LMO i dont get. And i am not sure if my employer will apply for thw LMO.

If employer doesn't apply for LMIA, then lawyer can not change that.
If your PGWP has reached its limit (up to 3 years, depending on duration of studies) then you need to find an employer to support you.

Your only option is for your employer to complete an application for an LMIA or you find another employer who has an open position (or who may sponsor you) with an LMIA approved or in process.
When your PGWP expires you will not be able to work and you will not have enough work time to file for CEC this year. Next year Express entry comes into play and that is a completely different process.
Have you spoken with your employer regards them applying for an LMIA?
We know this is not the answer your looking for but I think the message is clear.

It might be worth looking into another stream of PR, have a look at the Ontario Provincial Nominee Program, I'm not entirely familiar with Ontario one but it could help you
