Lawyer Fees for Quebec Investor Immigration

Thinking to come to Canada through Quebec investor-class. If I hire a lawyer, how much will have to pay on top of the $120,000 to the lawyer? When will I have to pay?

Dear Zaheer

Usually law firms and lawyers in Canada donot charge from clients if he is with 120,000 option. But the middle man or so called local offices abroad who fetch the business for Canadian firms may charge some amount for them.

Kindly check not only the license but also if the company with a registered attorney of the law association of canada

sorry for late reply, but the people in business knows what banks ofered to consultants with the option of 120,000 now its 240,000
 
That is correct,Commision to Consultant is quite high .For example Our firm get 80,000 Dollars commision from .....Sorry None Disclosure Clause in our agency agreement

what? u pay 120.000 CAD for hiring a lawyer to prepare for the QIIP case? that's super expensive!!!! thats too expensive, way expensive.

U can PM me to have much better legal fee. Im working for a registered canadian law firm, and we have much more ethic when its coming to charge professional fee.

Duh, did you look at the dates of the posts? They are 2 and half years old.
 
Yeh PMM is right it s old category of 120000 CAD IN WHICH CONSULTANT GETS 25000 CAD OF COMMISION FROM BANK

HENCE YOU PEOPLE CAN CALCULATE THAT IN PRESENT CATEGORY OF 240000 CAD COMMISION WILL ALSO DOUBLE

you were talking about the 120.000 CAD or now, its 220.000 CAD, or maybe in few days, its gonna be 240.000 CAD. is that the amount of investing money for the QIIP ? or is this the amount someone pay for the a consultant for the QIIP? sorry. im lost on half way.

The amount (120,000 / 220,000 or 240,000) it's not the commission for the agent. This amount you have to pay to authorized bank as interest for five years period (which is not refundable) and the bank will invest the require full amount on behalf of you to the Canadian govt.

Lawyer / agent getting a percentage from that amount as commission from the concern bank.
