I am applying for my express entry application and currently doing my Law Practice program. It is a training program including work experience required to obtain a license for being a lawyer in Ontario. The requirement for the Law Practice program was having an open work permit as the course is 4 months online and 4 months work experience. My work permit states the following condition: "UNLESS AUTHORIZED, PROHIBITED FROM ATTENDING ANY EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION; OR TAKING ANY ACADEMIC, PROFESSIONAL OR VOCATIONAL TRAINING COURSE."
He wanted to know whether he can include this work experience in his PR application and whether he is in breach of any working conditions by taking the program?
