Law Graduate - Intern - What profession to pick?

So I recently started the application process to the EE and I am slightly confused regarding the "profession category" section.

I am a law graduate from Europe and I am currently interning at a major financial firm in Belgium. It is a paid internship which I believe qualifies as actual "work" under the employment section.

Now, there is no "intern" option in this section. Should I therefore select a finance related position?

Thanks!

Work while enrolled in a full-time study doesn't count, that is, if you haven't got your degree while working.

I was in a 4 year program, I took 16 months after 3rd year for a full-time paid internship and it doesn't get counted.

I know it is not counted for CEC, but how about FSW?

On the website for FSW it shows:

Your work experience must be:

at least one year (1,560 hours total / 30 hours per week), continuous full-time or an equal amount in part-time,
paid work (volunteer work, unpaid internships do not count),
in the same NOC skill type (0, A or B) ,
within the last 10 years, and
at skill type 0, or skill levels A or B of the 2011 National Occupational Classification (NOC).

Does this mean paid internship counts?
