very weird/ I updated the ee profile by changing the intended landing province from "all" to "ON", save and sumbit. refresh the page, it became Open and accepted!!!! What a weird system.

you can calculate your points according to the grid, http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-factors.asp if you are over 67, then it should be fine.
